WebNov 26, 2008 · Hep2o fittings can be removed without cutting off the gripper, you can buy a fitting removal tool which allows you to remove the fittings and then reuse them. Never used one myself as I have always used Polyplumb Fittings, which you do have to cut the gripping ring off to remove any fittings.
