WebApr 8, 2024 · He can receive calls and send and receive texts and data works properly. His wife's phone works fine. He has spent over 10 hours with customer support on the phone and chat and been handed back and forth between CSA's and escalation dept. Turn phone off and on, take out sim card, etc. No one can fix this problem. Any ideas? Thanks.
