Webclangd seems to be a bit faster than ccls and has a protocol extension to access the AST. This has to potential to do lots of useful things. I'll be using ccls until clangd can find overriding and overridden methods as well. Maybe this can to reproduced with the AST extension, but I couldn't figure out how.
