WebJan 14, 2024 · New Dasaita Head-unit. I’m in contact with Dasaita and they just announced a new head unit at CES 2024 for all years from 2010-2024. I’m in the process of securing a test unit and I will post updates here on quality and ease of use and fitment etc. And of course prices . Here’s some pics to wet your appetite. WebMar 2, 2024 · The hardware is almost the same between Max vs Vivid vs Scout. Vivid and Scout have dual band WiFi while the Max 10 is 2.4 GHz only. You can see this information on Dasaita.com and I verified with a chat to Dasaita. I cannot speak to UI differences on the Vivid. I see people who upgraded their Max10 to Vivid10 had problems. Had it a couple months now and it's pretty good. Most the stock features worked for me out the box. It is a bit of a bear to set up the Android experience to your liking but that's only because it's so customizable. I usually just use Android Auto anyway.
