WebMar 20, 2024 · I noticed in the last few months that on Deleting certain messages from Inbox or Sent item folder they are going to the Archive folder instead of Deleted Items folder. What could be the cause and what is the logic used to decide to send messages deleted in Outlook client to Archive vs. Deleted Items? WebI have Outlook set up with three different email addresses. And I'm wondering about why there are differences in folders. Two of them have both "trash" and "deleted items." I have no idea what the difference is and deleted emails will go to one or the other. All three have "junk" but one has both "junk" and "junk e-mail."
