WebBut Nemesis has 2 useless zombies!!! They are pretty different. Punishment of the Damned is impossible to hit on an open area and can be outrun but the tentacle can. Also, yeah, zombies roaming giving free information and some hits and slowdown. I agree Pyramid Head is better, but comparing both is a little misguided.
