When disconnected from internet, office 365 works with all features available, except for outlook that will not be able to send/receive e-mails. If you sign out, still offline, most of the features in office 365 will be disabled. WebHowever, before you can use them you need to register it first as a Microsoft account so that you can share your subscription to that account and then install and activate Office using the same account.
