WebJul 29, 2007 · Hi fellas, I have this argument with my workout buddy about using creatine during a cutting phase. Anyways I will start cutting soon. My opinion is that you can stay on creatine while cutting, and that if your cutting for a show (like me) u cut out the creatine the last few weeks before the show.
