Then, based on that information, you'll need to update, rollback, or uninstall your display driver or update or uninstall the app. WebText shaking/blurry text I usually see when I have Zoom Word and OneNote open. A restart also makes this go away for me. Had this issue since March. A 1-2 second black screen I usually see when I use pen anywhere on the screen for the first time after a boot. But I also used to see this with overheating.
