Webprobably not the problem but check if your .psarc/msarc files happen to be read only. Could also need to run the manager as admin. WebI used to play rocksmith every day for a few months but I took a break after the update that busted dlc. Now I'm back and trying to get into it, but I'm having some trouble. I've done a fresh reinstall and made sure to have the D3DX9_42.dll file which allows for CDLC. Opening rocksmith I see all my dlc there and I'm able to open it. I highly doubt it but that sounds possible. if your having problems with your CDLC BACKUP folder randomly deleting things try putting it on an external drive (like a usb) and keep it disconnected, and make sure it is not in your actual rocksmith folder.
WebI've already tried to remedy the issue by moving my CDLC files from a subfolder within the DLC folder to directly inside of it, I confirmed the APPID number in song manager, I've redownloaded both the game and the .dll file. I've tried google, forum, and reddit searches for a solution, but can't seem to find others having this particular issue.
