WebbI haven't looked at the code for tray importer, so what I'm about to say is entirely speculation, but I think you're totally okay. It's likely that the mod base has some core files that are intentionally overwritten or duplicated when you have certain modules installed. That isn't a conflict and is probably by design on the creators part.
